The construction of our company’s annual production project of 18 million meters of denim fabric strictly follows the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations on the “three simultaneities of environmental protection facilities and project construction”. For sewage treatment, we have invested nearly 3 million yuan to build a garden style sewage treatment center with a reasonable layout and beautiful appearance. The sewage treatment capacity reaches 400 tons/day, and the sewage treatment process adopts a physicochemical+biochemical+physicochemical treatment process. The exhaust gas from the oxidation tower enters the second stage alkali absorption tower (PH12-13) to absorb acidic gases such as H2S. After purification and meeting the standards, the exhaust gas is sent to the exhaust pipe by a fan for high-altitude discharge; After collecting the exhaust gas from burning, it is directed to the surface of the water for treatment; The canteen uses liquefied gas clean energy as fuel, and the oil fume exhaust gas is purified and discharged at high altitude through dedicated pipelines. For noise prevention and control, we achieve a reasonable overall layout, optimize the layout of the factory area, select low-noise weaving equipment, and take noise reduction measures such as sound insulation, noise reduction, and vibration reduction for Roots blowers that produce high noise air pressure. In addition, we also classify and collect hazardous solid waste and general solid waste according to the principles of “resource utilization, reduction, and harmless disposal”, and treat them according to their quality to improve the comprehensive utilization rate. Waste packaging materials containing dyes and additives shall be uniformly recycled and reused by the manufacturer. Household waste is collected, cleared, and landfilled by the environmental sanitation department for harmless treatment. The sewage treatment plant purchases a plate and frame filter press, and the pressed sludge is collected and stored in the sludge storage area greenhouse, regularly cleared and processed into bricks. In addition, in order to beautify the factory area and purify the air, the company has invested more than 100000 yuan to establish a green area in the factory area, planting tree species with good deodorizing effects such as boxwood, oleander, hanging bell forest, magnolia, coral tree, and fir tree. Outside the factory boundary, various types of trees have been planted on both sides of the factory passage, forming a three-dimensional greening system combining grass, irrigation, and trees, which effectively reduces the impact of odor and noise on the environment.
