Polyester cotton denim
Polyester cotton denim (Ingredients: cotton polyester)
The warp yarn is all cotton, the weft yarn contains chemical fibre content. When the cotton content is higher than the polyester content, it is called cotton polyester denim or CVC denim, on the contrary, when the polyester content is higher than the cotton content, it is called polyester cotton denim or TC denim.
There are about 5 kinds of polyester-cotton denim as follows:
(1) Stretch CVC denim; warp yarn cotton, weft yarn with 150D/40, 200D/40 spandex covered silk also known as elastic silk woven.
(2) Lighted silk denim; refers to the weft yarn with lighted silk, lighted silk is divided into large lighted and small lighted, there is a strong reflective effect and dazzling light, and cotton warp yarn or bamboo yarn interwoven.
(3) Network silk denim; refers to the weft yarn with non-elastic network silk, polyester silk weaving.
(4) Gold and silver silk denim; refers to the weft yarn contains a certain proportion of gold and silver silk.
(5) Polyester-cotton blend interwoven denim; the warp yarn cotton yarn, weft yarn with polyester-cotton blend yarn interwoven.
